Peter T. Mavrick practices business and labor/employment litigation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His litigation experience includes trial and appellate law, arbitration proceedings, post-judgment collection litigation, as well as pre-trial discovery working, such as depositions and written discovery.
His substantive practice areas in labor/employment law include defense of wage claims, discrimination claims (including, but not limited to, race discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and violation of Florida labor/employment laws).
He has substantial experience in dealing with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR).
